One thing I do is continually research new ways to train and sometimes I have so many documents flying around I’m not sure which one to go with first. This ebook helps condense it all into one location to give training a focus and a roadmap. The ebook also begins with an excellent introduction into goals, warm-ups, and becoming mentally tough. The ebook doesn’t overwhelm you. It is simple and straightforward to get you going. At first I thought this book would be way over my head since I’m just starting CrossFit. It’s clear and precise so it’s easy to understand yet full of information.
